Setting up the news server

| First thing you need to do is start up Outlook Express. You
can find outlook express by pressing Start > Programs >

Once you have outlook open then press Tools > accounts >
click on the "news" tab > add > news.

That will bring up the "Account Wizard". Type in the
name you wish to use for the account. This name will appear beside
each e-mail you send to the group. And hit next. |

Then type in your e-mail address. Hit next |

Next you will need to type in the name of the server you wish
to use (The names of the servers are located above with a brief description.)
Hit next. |

| This last screen will be the end of the setup
processes. |

Once you hit finish a small screen will pop up asking if you
wish to download the list of news groups, this only needs to be
done once and must be done if you wish to have a listing of the
news groups. Click yes. |
|

|
Once this has been completed you may then search and join
groups by using the news groups listings.
